OK you can keep your number. Now What?

Its easy. After sign up tell us you want to keep your existing phone number. We will send you the simple steps to start the transfer process. Want to try out your service with us first before transferring  your number? You can. After you are satisfied with the service you can transfer your number.

Do you have DSL?

DSL subscribers must keep their existing phone numbers to maintain a high-speed connection to your new digital phone service. In this case, we suggest either transferring your DSL service to another phone line with your current carrier, or you can switch to Cable Internet instead of DSL. We work well both! Call us and we can work with you to help decide what is best for you.

How long does it take?

Transferring a number takes a minimum of 20 business days once you start the process. During the transfer process, we provide you a temporary number so you can use our service and all its free features immediately. When your number is transferred, we inform you via email or a phone call. Your number transfer will be seamless.

What if my number cannot be transferred?

If we cannot transfer your number, you may choose to get a new phone number in your area or in another area code. You may choose to keep your existing line with minimal service and add a digital phone number that will help you save on all your outgoing calls.
